Well today I managed to finally clean up my apartment!!
I think it was Friday night I cleaned up the kitchen.
And I took a shower too. 
Did any of you accomplish anything cool today?

worked a bit in the fields collecting olives. took a shower. that’s something

I took down the trash and put in a new bin liner
I got all washing up done
I cooked a healthy meal
And when I came home from this morning charity job I was feeling really depressed and paranoid with my time of the month but now I am feeling better

I had no energy today so it was quite difficult for me. and while I was doing the work i started hearing voices. so it wasn’t a good day. but it ended fortunately. I hope tomorrow I will accomplish more.

When do you get your injection?
tomorrow or the next day. it needs 3 weeks to work/kick in so I have to take my pills simultaneously.
