Beware that in some people it can make the depression worse. In my case, it made it 10-fold worse, I can’t still imagine how tough that period was for me.

Yeah it didnt work out for me so i went off it. didnt do anything for depression and made me very apathetic.

I was less paranoid and more social and could focus on things that previously seemed overwhelming, but began having some nausea problems or something.

Did you try supplementing vitamin D? A dose of 125-250mcg daily packs a punch. I know the RDI is lower, but It’s a heck of a lot less toxic then lithium at any rate.
