have you tried a vr headset yet? i got one for about £25 and its great fun, haven’t used it much though, i also have a steering wheel and pedals for my ps4 which is great fun but i get sore eyes after about 15 mins and its horrible so cant play that much 
board games are fun, i went to a chess club last week and i loved it but its finding the time just now, i think i need to write down everything to remember whats on and where lol.

The thing I do that requires the least effort is to go out for coffee. Or play some music in my room. Maybe go out for a walk with your earphones on. Or just sit out on your porch. Idk, I personally hate being at home and when I am home I do coding classes and watch anime or travel shows. Maybe learn something or pick up a hobby like art or writing or web development or volunteering or making some side money doing freelance work from home in any area you want.

Back in the day, I used to buy games from Big Fish games.
I was thinking of checking it out again.
I played a game called the wild west. It was building a small town and fighting bandits and digging gold. It was so much fun. I should check that out.
They have lots of hidden object games which are fun and I think they are very cheap.

I used big fish games, not recently though. I would play the Nancy Drew sleuth detective games or their dinner dash time management games. Good memories

I used to watch twitch.tv streams before I was full-blown SZ, particularly the streams by Lirik.
Now I just watch Youtube and various TV episodes on my tablet. I can’t quite handle live commentary, I hallucinate pretty badly over it.
Clean clean clean and listen to music and dance and virtual reality and try on clothes and watch Netflix or movie and talk to myself and journal and clean some more and color and all while listening to music.
