3 Be nice to the cleaning lady who gets paid by the Municipality of Amsterdam, she cleans three hours every week

1 I bought an ebook: Jean Carper: 100 simple things you can do to prevent Alzheimers. Now I will turn 63 and my risk of dementia is 25 times as high as normal because of schizophrenia. I will study this book.
