Prepare for nurse appt to make jot points remember to help explain what I need support with

Take my son to 2 appts. I don’t have to go in just drive him there. I am going to scratch tickets to distract myself while waiti g because I dont feel so good

That’s a lot. I hope I can do it today. Maybe my older son will drive me to buy a journal?
