English ! How can one say " I saw it." in an excited manner because people will think you cut something.

You would have to say: “I sawed it.” Or, you could say: “I seen it.”

When I was a kid, we moved to a place that was rural and people spoke “bad” English. Hearing “I seen it.” was very common. Common talk might eventually improve the language.

It stuck in your ear. That used to be a slang “Stick it in your ear”.

And you are the one who suffers. Mine is nose picking and I do it myself.
