To late. I moved away from all my friends. I have plenty of family though

I feel terrible if Iā€™m on my phone all day long. I normally try to stay balanced in my daily activities.

This is also the case where Iā€™m concerned. It says distraction of the smartphone is bad for your mental health. I have been on the phone all day for months now. It is a struggle just to HAVE a mind at all anyway.
