don’t know if I qualify for life insurance. was thinking about getting some. it’s not expensive until you turn 55 or so. was thinking i’d list my nieces and nephews as recipients since I wont have any kids of my own and all my brothers and sisters are stable financially.
I never got it, I have no one to worry about, so when I’m dead will make no difference and I need all the cash I can get my hands on now

Personal choice.
Health insurance measures your risk of getting sick and bases your premiums on that. The sicker you are, the more your insurance will cost.
To illustrate, insurance companies have rules about issuing policies to patients with history of cancer. It usually involves higher premiums and depending on how recently the person was treated for cancer, insurance may be denied.
