My diet has been better on geodon. I am quitting geodon today, I hope I don’t go bak to a poor diet
I’m trying a.pescatarian diet. Vegetarian with the addition of fish and.seafood. every once in awhile i have chicken. I eat tons of veggies because its garden season

how long have you been on that diet and have you noticed any benefits, if you don’t mind me asking.
I tried no sugar and no grains, but I can’t seem to do it. While trying no grains I ate alot of potatoes, but people say that you’re not supposed to eat them, either.
I believe that diet plays a HUGE role, even for people with mental health issues. Sadly I haven’t been able to stick with diet changes for too long. But there seem to be more than a few people on reddit, for example, who say that going no grains and no sugar has helped them with their mental health.

you do a lot of reading label’s , there are other white things but as you said which ones. find best none grain’s is real hard but can be done with on line recipes.
I don’t eat much, but when I do I feel like it’s pretty healthy stuff. No candy, desserts, or soda. I don’t like many vegetables, but it would be better if I did. I exercise a good amount. I would say I’m pretty healthy for the most part.
Some AP’s make you eat a lot more. I don’t eat much on Invega, but I’m not skinny. Some say always eat breakfast, but all I want is coffee.
I dont underestand the animal activists who say theyare vegan …but some breads or cakes are made with milk and eggs…that means i cant eat muffins even and other stuff like that.
There’s still tree bark and cardboard shred. Yum!
I try just not eating myself but starving yourself will have consequences as well. I wish i was on a different AP or not on one at all cause my weight has sky rocketed since ive been on APs. Doesnt matter what i eat i pack pounds on. My weight just wont sustain got to burn over 800 calories a day and hardly eat just to not gain and im only in my 20s. Good luck with your diet
