My remedy is carrots and aloe Vera. It takes time lol, to work. And a wide. Tooth comb brushing gently.

I might also go down to 2.5mg abilify from 5mg.
My pdoc may approve if I’m mentally stable and low anxiety and good coping mechanisms
Carrots contain a lot of biotin for a vegetable.
And aloe Vera does something for hair apparently

I have a lot of hair regrowth. I don’t see any pictures off hand but up front and in back I had some patches of hair loss.
I had read about medications but I assumed it was most,y from my thyroid? I took invega
I used vegamor dry shampoo to help it which increases hair growth .
It looks a lot better now vs before ig could show better
