Left Arm pain

My left arm has been hurting me for more than a couple of months now.
It’s in my tricep area, and it especially hurts when I reach forward with it and raise it a bit.
I have no clue what it could be?

I don’t remember injuring it or making any sudden or awkward movements.

I think that I’ll book an appointment with my family doctor.

Getting worried because sometimes the pain is excruciating!

Anyone have an idea as to what it could be?
Because I have no clue.

I agree. You should get it checked by a doctor.

I had a pinched nerve in my shoulder that went down my arm and was excruciatingly painful. It lasted 6 months with help from medication. Maybe something like that is happening.

I don’t know what it could be, but you’re right to get it checked out soon.

Is it a sharp pain? Were you ever an athlete?

Yeah its more of a sharp pain.
Definitely not a dull throbbing pain.
I played some soccer in High School and Wrestled some, but nothing major.

My husband is a bodybuilder and says it could be a tendon. Try ice for 15-20 minutes at a time a few times a day for a few days, and then try heat. If it doesn’t work see a Dr.

He says it could be an old injury. Could even be arthritis. Try an anti-inflammatory too.

OK thanks @LilyoftheValley.
Ill give it a try.
But I still don’t know how it happened?
OK got it.

If it’s an old injury you may have done nothing. Ice for a few days, if that doesn’t work try heat for a few days, if that doesn’t work see a dr
