I’ve been laughing uncontrollably. Oh god…something has to stop. Here is not here. The voices have come back to say…“the bitch, the bitch, you are the bitch.” It’s funny, but no one else is laughing but me. The medicine doesn’t work. Nothing does.

Sounds like the positives are calling. It’s not easy but get in touch with your doctor. I know that is a dumb answer but it’s better seeking alternatives than suffering. It’s not normal to hear such things…it really isn’t. Ask for help. You can’t do this by yourself!
