My best friend, Matt, calls me late on the weekend nights since we don’t get to see each other except a couple times a year and we have the best time. laughing and singing together our favorite songs I play on the guitar over the phone. anyways, he said he was always frustrated cooking jambalaya and I talked him into trying my Paul Prudhomme recipe. He is cooking it as we speak…I am so excited to see what he thinks.
