Last thanksgiving!

i had long hair tied back in a ponytail and was 165-170 pounds. now this year i have short hair and weigh 135 pounds. it’s amazing how much hair i lost in one year. don’t think i will ever grow my hair long again. as i can no longer pull off the look, it looks better short. i haven’t seen many of the people in a year, the only time i see them is thanksgiving. when i visited my sister earlier this year, my brother in law noticed how much weight i had lost and made a comment about it. im back to being a runt haha.

i’ve gained 3 pounds in the last 2 weeks. trying to get back up to 150-155 pounds and try to stay there.

145 pounds was my natural weight before meds, but i felt a bit small. so going to try to get up to 150-155.

thanks, yeah im going to eat a ton over the holidays and try to put on some holiday pounds. my nurse gave me a talking to, about losing too much weight. i was on the warrior diet haha. im thinking of changing meds to get my appetite back. i have to force down food past being hungry now, i fill up so quickly, especially if im eating carbs. i used to be able to eat 3000 calories and not gain weight, now i gain weight on 2000 calories a day, part of that is because im not as active hiking or working or playing basketball like i used to. it was not my intention to lose so much weight, but i never weighed myself and when i went to the nurse office i realized i had lost too much weight.

You don’t wanna gain too quick either I don’t think… but I’m not a professional lol what’s the warrior diet?? I’m trying to get down to 150 while you’re trying to get up to 150😆

well my version of the warrior diet was fasting for 23 hours a day and then stuffing myself full for an hour each day in a large meal, which worked for me because i never got hunger pains or anything like that. also i walk a few miles a day on my treadmill and sometimes workout.

im back to eating more regular meals. it happened by accident i didn’t mean to lose so much weight, just never weighed myself unless i was at the nurse’s office every 3 months. so ended up losing more than i planned, i just wanted to be 150 pounds. i was shocked how much i lost last time i got on the scale, and started eating more again.

Ohhh… that’s kind of what I’m doing… I’m not fasting for 23 hours I don’t think… but I’m just sticking to one meal at the end of the day… and getting full…

I guess you over did it a little huh lol
