I ate at Wendy’s twice today. I had coupons that expire today so I used them.
I had an Aussie burger from a local burger joint. It was good. Beef, bacon and egg with salad and beetroot. Really nice but not cheap. $15.
I had protein pasta with olive oil, garlic, basil, Parmesan and Romano cheese, and crushed red pepper.
Steak, grilled onions, and roasted broccoli.

That sounds like a weird sandwich to find at a Wendy’s. Do you live outside the United States? I always get the spicy chicken sandwich, add mayo to the bottom bun, and shoot the chicken with a few squirts of lemon juice before putting it back together and eating it.
Tonight I’m having mozzarella sticks, but earlier today I had some pasta with rigatoni noodles and meat sauce.

LS! I just strolled to the organic supermarket. I munched a spelt brownie and next I am going to have kefir and 8oz of kale with 2oz of nutpaste.
My last meal has been breakfast. I had a toast with olive oil and a yogurt. And I’ll have brussel sprouts and tuna for lunch.
