I got like 2 hours of sleep last night, if that.
Yeah I blame the Lamictal and also me tapering down from the Depakote.
If I don’t sleep I become crazy!
I increased my Lamictal dose yesterday to 50mg and I’m supposed to reach my target dose of 100mg in a couple of weeks, but man is it ever activating!
No anxiety and no mania, just this buzzing of activation.
I almost put it on par to the buzz I got from Abilify just with no anxiety.
Hopefully I’ll be able to tolerate this drug and get some sleep.
If I don’t fall asleep by tomorrow I’m contacting my pdoc right away.
Sheesh! I can’t catch a break…

Sorry to hear that @Wave . I have been having a bit of insomnia lately myself, although it doesn’t sound as severe as yours. I am on Abilify. Good luck with the pdoc and getting some sleep.

Yes I realize that the withdrawals from Depakote contributed to my insomnia but insomnia is a well know Lamictal side effect @anon22846033
It gave me insomnia when I was on it years ago too.
