For me it depends. Sometimes I am fine and sometimes I am not. But I am scared of lack of sleep because I know it is dangerous for the body.

It can be I had a terrible sleep hygene, now I have brain damage that doctors said was caused by the type of drugs I used. But I saw a video somewhere that showed when you sleep your brain is basically cleaning itself. So I think that may have been a factor too.

Lack of sleep definitely plays a role in my psychosis…once I went 4 days without sleeping and went totally off my rocker, hearing doctors in my walls and believing that the police were trying to catch me cuz I thought I was the first person in Alaska to have excited delirium. It’s important to add that this happened right after I quit Seroquel cold turkey…it was likely rebound psychosis…

I get more paranoid when I’m tired and tend to hear more things

I think it used to for me because I’d get into a sleep deficit and then get stressed alot easier.
