In my next therapy session I am going to be honest with him and tell him I am so fixated on labels and trying to fit my symptoms so neatly into boxes. I am aware of this, how do I change this?

My therapist thinks I’m that way…
He says we need to focus on “the person” not the diagnosis. Or whatever.
Idk, I’m similar to you.
I just want a clean cut answer to what I have.
