L-theanine + Strong coffee has improved my mood and cognitive functioning

I can only have a strong coffee as a treat as it makes me feel worse the next day. Like a coffee hangover type thing.

But I’m thinking of doing this every week. Normally I have a few cups of really weak instant coffee and it doesn’t affect me either way, good or bad.

There’s actually research to back this up


Yeh you can’t beat l-theanine with a good strong cuppa coffee!
