Kindle Fire Hd 8 - cheap to the point of concern

With my Paperwhite I’m very impressed , not sure about buying a Kindle Fire HD 8 though. They are 79.99, so cheap I am suspicious. I’d use one for music and YouTube. They don’t break down or anything do they?

So the price is on Amazon? I never bought a Kindle, I I use IPad for music and movies.

I have two Amazon Fire HD8 tablets, two Amazon Fire HD10 tablets and one old Fire HD6 tablet. They all still work, even the older versions of each tablet.

The only time I had any issue was a recent software update which caused the screen to flicker. Amazon pushed out a new software update within several days that fixed the issue.

One thing to note is that the Amazon Fire Tablets have far fewer apps available. I’ve never found this to be an issue but if you really like to use a lot of apps, this could be an issue for you.
