SZs and SZAs need to be careful with ketamine – can cause psychosis. I wanted to try it, but my pdoc wouldn’t let me.
I read that Clozapine and Lithium reduce suicide risk.
Definitely not for schizophrenics. As ketamine is an nmda antagonist, the opposite of what say sarcosine does.
