Exclusion criteria included a history of schizophrenia or other psychotic disorders, substance dependence, and contraindications for ketamine.

So it hasn’t been trialled in people with schizophrenia.

SZs and SZAs need to be careful with ketamine – can cause psychosis. I wanted to try it, but my pdoc wouldn’t let me.

I read that Clozapine and Lithium reduce suicide risk.

Definitely not for schizophrenics. As ketamine is an nmda antagonist, the opposite of what say sarcosine does.
