Keeping Moving

So trying to be more busy with my afternoons. I do a lot in the mornings but been replacing my sedantary behavior with more movement. This afternoon I mowed the lawn and spent a good half hour trimming trees in the yard. I also went for a jog instead of just sitting in front of the computer. It’s hard work but it’s rewarding when you get things done and if your moving your a much harder target!

Yeah still do around 15,000 steps equivalent a day and try to do weights everyday. Been doing ok with it but had a couple of busy weeks with family stuff so got out of kilter. I love routine. It really helps me get over the negatives.

That’s good. When I was 17-21 I didn’t do much at all tried a couple jobs and pretty much didn’t do much of anything. Since 22 I’ve gone back and forth between trying a new job and doing my lawn service hauling gig. Now I’m building it into a business. My pdoc set me up with a organization that gave me a rental voucher and after being responsible and paying bills on time 95% of the time for 3 years have given me a business grant to turn my gig into a real business. All I really do is lawn maintenance and hauling after I’ve hit 6 figures I’d like to found a more enjoyable business.
