Try to make a habit of doing what you’re supposed to do. Make it a routine. Once you do that it will be easier to stay out of trouble. There is a lot at stake for you. I’m sure you wouldn’t want to lose some of the good things in your life.
The only time I was afraid of suicide being a real threat was while I was on seroquel. Maybe get your doc to change it to something else. I’m now on abilify 10mg for what it’s worth.
