So apparently she’s getting divorced and needs to sell the house, possibly as soon as April. She’s going to try to find a buyer that wants to keep us on as tenants but there’s no guarantee that will happen.

I had a rental of several years from which I had to move. The landlord decided to sell the building because of divorce.

Hope you can find something easily. Sucks that this happened but dont worry, things will work out if you look for new places regularly etc you still have time, so i hope youre not stressed out about it. Any updates?

Sort of, but they’re stupid overwhelmed so I can’t rely on that as an option, unfortunately

No updates so far, but I’m gonna try going back to work so maybe I can afford a slightly more expensive place if need be

Absolute worst case scenario I put my stuff into storage and go couch surfing for a little bit. I’ve done it before, and I’ve already got a couple offers open for cozy living rooms :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
