For excessive noise. I am doing my best to keep everyone as quiet as possible. Don’t know what else to do. The front office is going to have to move one of us and I have a feeling it’s going to be me. My husband is going to be pissed if we have to carry everything to another spot. And rent a truck again. This is ■■■■■■■■.
As frustrating as moving again is,
Think of the benefits.
You won’t have to worry about the noise violations and you’ll probably be happier.
You may not even have to move,
But try not to get too worked up, it could be for the best.
Thanks. It probably will be. I get so much anxiety over this. It’s only been a few days I have been here.
I got a violation for having cats because I didn’t feel like paying a 200$ pet fee and a monthly 20$ pet rent per animal. I just told them that I was taking care of them for someone for a few days when they did a yearly inspection lol. But I’m moving this month. Also got another violation for something else I don’t remember anymore. Something stupid lol. Rent a house! That’s what I’ll be doing in Germany when I move there. Or buy/build one
Unfortunately my husband’s credit is bad and I haven’t established any. We applied for 3 houses before realizing we are going to have to get an apartment until he rebuilds his.
Is it that witchy poo who lives below you doing this? I mean is she an elderly woman or just someone who thinks the world bends to her will?
My credit is terrible here too lol. In Germany we don’t have this system of credit score. Banks can just see how many loans you have and if they’re being paid on time. So once I’m in Germany I think I’ll rent a house first until my wife and I design a house and have it built. Maybe. But I hope you don’t get kicked out! I know moving is stressful and I’m moving in less than 3 weeks and I’m procrastinating a bit. But I’m selling everything or throwing it away mostly and just packing my car up and driving to my parents for a few months until I renew my passport and fly to Germany!
Yes it is her. She isn’t too old. Just a b. Must not like kids or something. I want to just break the lease but not sure if I can do that. Don’t know where else we would go though.
Please be careful about breaking the lease. Don’t force an eviction as depending on your state that will follow you whenever you apply for housing. You are obviously a smart, caring person so that’s my nine pence. Best wishes for you though.
Thanks for the advice! Wasn’t going to try to do anything to get thrown out. Just talk to the manager about finding us a downstairs unit or giving us our deposit back because we are being harassed. ■■■■ I hate conflict.
What bout involving law enforcement? You could call a non emergency number and ask for their advice. Maybe your downstairs neighbors need to be schooled by someone with a badge. You may get good advice or negativity. Possibility though.
Relax and just let the responsibility fall on the complex,
They need to move you if there’s a problem.
Odds are good this woman complains a lot and they just want to make the situation work for everyone.
Accept that your probs going to have to move again and you’ll feel better.
Ugh. That’s such ■■■■■■■■ that you’re getting violations for that. I hope they’ll be willing to just find you a downstairs apartment.
