I was bubbling over with excitement about me stopping smoking, my new car and the fact that Angela has a new job. My pdoc was impressed because three months ago when I came in I was very depressed. I can’t believe how good life is now.

Giving up smoking is a huge achievement! If you focus your mind you can achieve anything and think you have proven that. All one battle at a time. So proud of you.
