Just a Small Amount of Protein Supplement Helps Control Type 2 Diabetes


I have whey protein but haven’t been using it lately.

Funny my mom’s aunt takes whey protein. I was surprised as I thought she was trying to build muscles at 70y.o. but she told me its to keep her skin healthy and improve wrinkles etc idk if this is true but I know that proteins are powerful antioxidants.

Probably a good strategy to try and maintain muscle tone.
