Jumping to conclusions

When ever something happens that seems amiss in the flat the thought that crosses my mind is "who’s been in here? “. It might be something that’s in a different position from where I thought I’d left it.
Woke up this morning to find my computer was saying 95% charged. If the lead had been out since I went to bed 7 hours earlier then it would be saying 0% charged. I had not been up in the night to use it(fairly unusual for me). My first thought was " Someone’s been in here” . Especially as the lead seemed to be plugged in. If the lead had temporarily come out and been plugged back in quickly then it could well have remained at 95%. It seems the battery has to go below 95% to recharge again to 100%.

A little paranoia…

Those damn burglers charging our laptops and tidying up the place

I often forget the little things I do. If it’s routine for you to get up during the night, maybe you did just long enough to plug in the computer? I hate my forgetfulness and sometimes it causes very wrong impressions. I hate that.

I used to do that. I believe those are paranoid delusions. Now, they’ve turned to religious delusions.
Battery says 95%, but should be 100%
'God is telling me not to use my iPad right now.'
It’s a little more complex than that, but you get the idea.

Hey @firemonkey - I identify with you 100%. A few days ago I noticed my computer had installed a new driver. Thought this was odd. First thought was ‘someone’s been in my flat’.

Turns out it was just an automatic update but my first thought is always that scheming is going on.

I woke up this morning to find water on the floor, though I don’t remember spilling my water bottle over. My brain wouldn’t work to figure out the best way to clean it up which would be to get a towel out of the hamper. No, I cleaned it up with my robe mumbling something like “I spilled water in the house.” Babies can’t clean up after themselves and this morning, I was a baby.

The ghost thing really annoys when glasses or broke or electronics busted right after warranty.

seems like you have a schedule that is never a dull moment.

I can sense your feelings because I get them to and I find just work on your security as much as you can.

its like a friend once told me its not are you paranoid its how paranoid are you.
