We exercise once a week and try to learn ways to continue our exercising after the formal exercise program is over. I think this is a good way to lose some weight.

This exercise group is a good thing because now during the winter I have not exercised much, not doing any bicycling that I do when there is no snow. Probably I can start riding my bike again in early April.
Winter does test us a little, doesn’t it.
