Only to put rubbish out ,go shopping once a week, and to ASD assessment twice. Most days it doesn’t even cross my mind to do so.

Fire, do you have agoraphobia or social phobia? That sounded like something I would say. I have agoraphobia

Social phobia -yes . I would say it’s quite severe. Agorophobia is questionable . I’ll go out just not very often, but if on my own only to a small area I know(poor sense of direction) in case I get lost and trapped .
