I’m slowly losing the plot. I had some leftover niacin (vitamin b3) and took 400mg. The recommended dose is only 100mg. It probably won’t be of any use. It has no antipsychotic properties.

No, I’m on meds, abilify 10mg. It’s just been torture today for some reason.

if it gets too much i usually have a crisis number who is someone i can just talk to and calm down

Thanks for asking. I am actually very irritated in fact :triumph: . But I’m trying to keep it off the forum. I’ve been going downhill for about 2 weeks. I’m not delusional yet though!

Nahhhh I lost my craving for ice cream. But me and my mom got ice cream today. i forget the name of the flavour but it was delish :icecream:

That is way too low of a dose. 3000 mgs is the estimated average.

3000mg will land you in the hospital. Or destroy your liver if you take it long term. Don’t listen to Dr. Abraham Hoffers bullcrap.
