I usually plan 1 maybe two meals and just fill in with pantry and frozen items but I felt inspired to make a bunch of stuff;
meatloaf with garlic cream cheese mashed potatoes and glazed carrots
ham steaks with sweet potatoes and broccoli
cheese and spinach tortellini with homemade alfredo sauce with broccoli and garlic bread
tuna casserole with peas
hamburger stew with french bread and butter
Roasted chicken breast with mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy and corn.
My grocery store sent me a coupon for 10% off $100 or more. Each item above is two or three meals for my son and I or two meals if my sister or ex joins us.
