there is very little difference between Bipolar I and Sza bipolar type. Like one of my mental health workers told me, it’s “just a matter of degree” (of severity).

The most disruptive patient I have ever met was bi polar
She would swing between stages of illness so quickly
I know SZ is bad, but having it switch back and forth like I observed must be really difficult to deal with

I have mood swings but maybe they’re better controlled with the Abilify. My psychosis is non…existent with meds but I definately feel the moods.

Also there are plenty of other bipolar people who at some point in their lives also had a schizoaffective diagnosis
