Please don’t let the day end with me eating something I shouldn’t to ruin things
If you’re trying to lose weight I’m curious why because I’m your pics you look great. I’m assuming you’re just trying to be healthier. What is your food plan for the day? Don’t let yourself get too hungry or tired so you don’t end up snacking on junk foods.
It’s a close up pic. My BMI is in the obese category. I need to do something before it gets to be more of an issue.
I had some pasta but I had less of it, still at least it was home made. I have to think about dinner tonight.
