When I have insomnia I find that looking at the clock when I’m trying to sleep will feed my anxiety and will actually help to keep me up. Your sleep rhythm might be off, try going to bed at the same time every night and wake up the same time every morning this will reset your sleep rhythm. Also melatonin might help too.
I also have not slept in a while. I suggest going out to walk until you get exhausted. If that’s something possible.
