At least that’s my experience. To say you did well at something is to invite criticism that you’re arrogant,boastful and a bragger.

Not on Facebook and Instagram apparently. Not that I’ve used those anyway.
With FB & Twitter doing so, for me at least, it results in a lack of response.Unless it’s posted in a high IQ FB group. That lack of response comes over as silent disapproval.

Yea I feel the same about finding it hard to talk about what I’m good at.
It invites pressure, on me to prove that I’m good at what I said I’m good at and all of a sudden I get worse at it!!
I deal very badly with such pressure. Without a doubt I have performance/test anxiety.
