I like Friday for some reason, even though in reality it’s just another day. Is Friday any different to you?

I work Monday thru Friday at a school, so everyone there is happy and more relaxed on Fridays. I don’t “sleep in” ever, but it’s nice on Saturday and Sunday to not have to get ready right away…Friday’s are good!

i like it because of the people lol… they’re all really friendly and even though they might not see me as a friend i definately do see them as one… they’re all very supportive.

It used to mean a day before rest.
But now I rest all week

I find it surreal that it means nothing any more because it used to be a very significant day. Now when people say “have a good weekend” I feel a sense of loss.

Fridays and weekends use to mean something to me, I looked forward to it. Go out with friends and have drinks, time off work. Now it’s just another day.

It means another 10 hour day trip to the city, San Francisco-the greatest mass of people who don’t know how to drive in one place…sigh.
Wed. it took 55 minutes to cross the bay bridge because idiots kept cutting in line…2.5 hours to our destination, normally …? 45 minutes.
But the reward is IKEA meatball dinner…MMmmmmmmMMmmmmm.
Now they offer vegetable meatballs- Nøt töò tęrrïblë either.

Friday means a lot to me. It means the coming of the time for Saturday family chat on skype with my son who lives far away from us. It means a weekend outting to suburban area for fresh air or to a bar for some live music.
