I had to test it again, and it is definitely the sugar that is having so many bad effects on my body. I can drink sweet juices without as much harm, but sugar is just plain bad for me. One of the worst things it does is inflame the connective tissue in my legs, especially in my hips. It hurts to walk very far. If I had to go onto the road the way I am I would be in trouble because I can’t walk very far. When I’m on the street I try to keep moving. It keeps me out of trouble. I’m not likely to go on the road again, but I like to keep every option available.
