It’s also odd how even though I haven’t slept… I still feel really awake.
I’m having trouble getting to sleep as well. Was in a pretty terrible state until I was uplifted by a few folks on here.
Good sleep is crucial man. Sometimes I only get 6 hours in and man those days are tough.
