I’m listening to Schubert. Even the classics can’t lull me off to sleep.
Patterns are important to me!
I take my meds religiously about the same time every day. It gets me into a routine I’m reluctant to change.
Lack of sleep can be a sign you might need a med adjustment but it’s always a tough cop. Your better to survive on the lowest possible dose you can do on these meds…it’s just the nature of the beast so having a bad night isnt’ too bad in the scheme of things…
Having a bad night 7 days a week is another story! Saying that. It’s a weird ride and stress and excitement can keep one up at night even on the meds. Try to not drink coffee after noon. Try to stay relaxed and not stimulated before sleep…for me reading books makes me drousy! I like to read till I sleep!
Music is good as long as it’s not too busy…I like to sleep to mad punk or other music…now that relax’s me!
Eat some turkey and drink warm milk.
I just break out my ultra important stack of paperwork to file and I’m sleeping like a baby.
Works like a charm everytime.
