It sticks in the craw

I’ve been criticized for something I did. It feels awful to be criticized. How do I get over the bad feelings?


Time man. But once you develop the ability to stop thinking about things it gets easier. Kind of dangerous though. Guilt and second guessing and a whole shitload of other things that have benefits. Don’t forget just put it out of your mind. Make sure to learn from it if you can.

It depends on what you got criticized for, Jayster. Maybe change your behaviour or make amends? Or just rationalize that it’s a temporary feeling and it will go away and that it’s no big deal?
