A week ago I started my period (sorry if that’s tmi but relevant) and it’s still going bad. My moods are up and down severely. Ugh, I need relief
I used to have long, extremely heavy periods. Hated them. There are things that can be done to improve them though. Are they normally bad for you?
Have you thought about using a cup? They let you go longer beyween changes, so you have less worry and less work with it. A lot of trans folk find they feel better, according the members of an fb cup community I am in. One of the moderators is trans. I can’t recommend June Cup enough.
Yeah usually. I feel like I’m a lot more moody, like to a crisis level.
The cup thing kinda freaks me out, tampons work fine for me. It’s more about the mood swings than anything. I luckily don’t have severe dysphoria about it
Are you able to take an AD? Some ad’s are recommended specifically for that. People say they really help
If I’m on an AP I can do some AD, I’ll ask my dr about it
Ok. Here’s some info. It mentions AD’s, diet changes, exercise, etc to help alleviate symptoms. Good luck!
