It seems like every time it comes time to bed down for the night I am wide awake. When I should be wide awake I am so sleepy. I think it is an avoidance mechanism. It doesn’t really bother me to be alone right now, but there could a time in my life when it does. I’m not too worried about it right now.
It could just be that your circadian rhythm is off
I’ve had insomnia since I was seven. I got to where I liked the solitary time to muse and wonder about the universe.
Find myself with the same problem. Then I wake up from a deep sleep.
When I do sleep I sleep heavy. But I also spend a lot of time lying in bed awake.
