It keeps me moving!

My obesity doctor recommended that I follow this woman on YouTube.

She runs these walk at home video workouts.

One video is for beginners and only takes 15 minutes, 1 mile workouts.

You basically walk in place and move around.

I have a few physical limitations so I find this to be easy and helpful!

Her name is Leslie Sansone.
