I slept a few hours earlier but then woke up, I just can not sleep tonight, well here I am on the forum. I have tried to write a poem but can not, i did write two paper notebook pages earlier in this sleepless quiet morning.

@mjseu It will get better for you I hope sometime I get insomnia for 6 months and it drive my gal nutz. she worries when I don’t sleep, but i do get many things done.
