Any ideas for getting some sleep? I am wide awake. I never use or even have sleep meds.
Try focusing on your breath, and nothing else. As long as you can, try just breathing and being present. That helps me, even when there are voices

It’s 9:45 pm here, and I’ll probably be awake at 3 am too. I dozed through day treatment today, and took a nap late in the afternoon. I’ll probably do the same thing tomorrow.
Me too. Can’t sleep since midnight. You could turn everything off and just lay down and relax. Sometimes I fall asleep like that.
Put away phone/computer.
Close your eyes.
Try to find harmony.
