Issues time being

Having a foresight in issues I found important to me.
I generally live in the present moment which I feel is as a low emotional intelligence.
The now isn’t the future I’ve understood and preparing for possible long term effects of the moment is important to all.
Place yourself in optimisms

It’s good to prepare for the future, but it’s not good to put tons of focus on it. The best thing to do is to try to live in the present moment. I’m working on that. It really helps.


It is really painful to have to live with this problem. The medicine doesn’t help much either. But soon we will see new drugs that will treat more symptoms and have fewer side effects. That moment will be when we can go to work etc. And we will be happy again. We only have to wait 1 or 2 years.
