I took some probiotic gummies earlier today because I have stomach problems and they had vitamin C in them well I feel terrific tonight and I’m just curious about vitamin C and vitamins in general

Well, I was out sick when we studied Vitamin C in sixth grade so I missed out on knowing a lot about it.
Never, ever, heard it improved anyones mood. People claim it will prevent or get rid off a cold. I know it is a necessary vitamin, stops you from getting scurvy if you’re ever sailing around the seven seas in a Spanish Galleon.
Maybe if you had a deficiency and then took some it might make you feel better.
But if you’re getting enough from your diet I don’t think anyone takes it to improve mood.

Yeah, IDK for sure either. Just going based on some vague recollection of something I heard and the internet search results. Maybe I am mistaking it for vitamin D. I know getting out in the sun always made me feel better when I was younger.
