İ want to certify my my diploma that i earn at adelaide australia and consulate said that in case of my diploma to get valid i have to certified by public notary in australia.thats why i contact with public notary in melbourne.public notary were nice and welcoming.but he suspicious by my mails (i think i my language was foggy) that s why he ask for zoom meeting for talk this issue.and i said that i diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia and i have social anxiety with online meetings.is this suspicious act.i mean i didn t hide anything from them.and i can send my passport details and everything that they need.i mean i have right to talk with public notary as sz patient right?
A notary needs to meet either in person or over zoom to notarize anything. They weren’t suspicious. They’re just doing their job. You are okay.
