Why do I have the delusions of thinking people are talking about me all the time? The non sza side says people have their own problems no one cares you’re not special they have lives. Jfc.

Im sz, but i get that too. But your logic is spot on, they got lives. Still it bugs me a lot as well.
Actually i think people with anxiety get this, so it could be an anxiety/paranoia thing.

I don’t feel like I thought broadcast anymore. I think my brain healed!
I’ve been taking Niacin megadoses for 4 months, which are proven to help heal traumatic brain injuries. Also take 2 mg Abilify just in case, since I’ve seen reports of people stopping thought broadcasting with a low dose.
My Paliperidone dose was dropped to 3 mg from 12 mg.
There is hope!
